Keep in mind that their purpose is to market, so keep your emotions in check and analyze data on a hyper local, state, regionally, and national level before using the information to craft your strategy. I recommend subscribing to their newsletter and reviewing the last one here. The amount of information is rather overwhelming but I am confident you'll find quite a bit of significant value to you. One of my favorite parts of their newsletter is the left column where they show highlights of companies moving into the area or expanding. You have to admit getting a heads up that FedEx, Amazon, a big airport expansion, and more are simultaneously occurring in Macon would be of great interest when trying to identify the next emerging submarket.
